CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 97(STA) "An Act repealing the insurance                                                                   
tax credit for gifts to the Alaska fire standards council; and providing                                                        
for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
